6.1.8.8.2 Type values

Type	Description
`DEMOLISH`	element exists but is to be demolished
`EXISTING`	element exists and is to remain
`NEW`	element designed as new addition
`TEMPORARY`	element will exist only temporarily (such as a temporary support structure)
`OTHER`	required category not on scale
`NOTKNOWN`	Value is unknown
`UNSET`	Value has not been specified
