Type	Description
`MODIFICATION`	Project responsible for the modification of a facility
`NEWBUILD`	Project responsible for the development of a new build facility
`OPERATIONMAINTENANCE`	Project responsible for operation & maintenance
`RENOVATION`	Project responsible for renovation of a facility
`REPAIR`	Project responsible for the repair to a facility
