8.15.2.3.1 Semantic definition

Enumeration indicating whether the bar has a plain or textured (ribbed) surface.

8.15.2.3.2 Type values

Type	Description
`PLAIN`	The reinforcing bar surface is plain.
`TEXTURED`	The reinforcing bar surface is textured (ribbed).
