5.1.6.4 IfcUniquePropertyTemplateNames

5.1.6.4.1 Semantic definition

The function gets the set of IfcPropertyTemplate's. It iterates through the Name attribute of the IfcPropertyTemplate's

and verifies that no Name appears twice.
